Delamere Manor, Cheshire

Today's wedding was at one of our local venues in Cheshire, Delamere Manor - and it was absolutely stunning. We are fortunate to have so many amazing wedding venues in this area and this one is no exception. It is a beautiful Georgian Manor, overlooking manicured lawns and a picturesque boating lake. Undoubtedly, as a Delamere Wedding Videographer based in Cheshire, we feel incredibly lucky to have access to all these incredible venues on our doorstep.

Lorraine and Tim's wedding ceremony took place outside on the terrace, taking full advantage of the beautiful May sunshine. Certainly, an incredibly personal touch to this wedding was that the groom had handcrafted the romantic heart-shaped moon gate, which served as their altar, overlooking the serene mature trees on the grounds as they said their vows. The groom actually hand-made many of the props for the wedding décor - aside from the altar moon-gate, he made the exquisite top table décor, and even a "spinning wheel of fun" at the nightclub.

Elsewhere, they used vintage-style flowers, including dried flowers and big, full peonies, to create a charming and elegant ambiance throughout the venue. Everyone in attendance was smiling in the glorious sunshine and ready and waiting with excitement for it all to begin. Finally, all was ready. Lorraine looked breath-taking in her intricately detailed dress, adorned with embroidered panels, and a graceful chapel veil flowing behind her. It was unquestionably beautiful - and the joy of wedding videography means that no detail is lost or forgotten.

After the ceremony....

After sharing a few precious moments alone after the ceremony, Lorraine and Tim made their grand entrance as husband and wife onto the sun-soaked terrace. Their friends and family cheered joyfully while showering them with confetti. Undoubtedly, a highlight of the day was the traditional bouquet toss, captured from a bird's-eye view by a drone operated by the photographer, a pretty epic modern rendition of a treasured tradition!

The golden hour couple shoot was absolutely dreamy. Reminiscent of a scene from a Jane Austen novel, thanks to the pillared pagoda they have on the grounds. Later, during dinner, they delivered deeply romantic speeches, accompanied by heartfelt tears. But the real surprise awaited from the bride and groom - a private night club exclusively for their wedding party! (By the way, did we mention that this venue even has its own nightclub and helipad? Oh, and Gary Barlow used to live here!).

Certainly, as wedding videographers, we strive to capture the timeless essence of these special moments. Lorraine and Tim's wedding was a perfect example of sophistication, elegance, and pure love. As a Delamere Wedding Videographer it was an honor to be a part of their day and create a wedding video that will forever be cherished.

Finally, If you are planning your wedding in Delamere, then we'd love to chat. Send us a message and tell us all about your vision for the day, we love talking weddings!
